Making a will in most cases is very simple, and takes up very little of your time, but can be of enormous benefit to your loved ones. Beckley Kenny & Co offer a friendly and informal service at our High Street office, or at your home if you prefer, where we will take instructions from you, draft a Will for your approval and then have a further brief meeting to have the Will signed and witnessed. If you wish we will hold your Will in our safe for safekeeping free of charge.

If you buy a house with Beckley Kenny & Co, we will offer to make a Will for you free of charge.

Executries

Beckley Kenny & Co act as Solicitors and sometimes Executors in dealing with the affairs of a deceased person, and settling their estate (belongings and property) according to their Will, or according to the laws of succession if the person died without a Will. This is sometimes referred to as the winding up or administration of the estate. We will do our best to wind up the estate as quickly and efficiently as possible, and to assist you in your time of bereavement.
